Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If for some reason you have contacted use and we agree to a return, you have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the delivery of your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at EandMSales13@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Pictures documentation will be required. You can purchase your own return label or we can email you a return label and have the cost taken out of your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at EandMSales13@gmail.com.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Trading card games

Trading cards and products containing trading cards are sold as is. Package condition may vary. Due to the nature of our products, please note that we do not offer returns.


Damages or Issues: Please record your order upon reception and contact us immediately along with photo/video evidence if the item is damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Returns will not be accepted if no recorded video is provided to support the return request due to potential risks of receiving re-sealed items/merchandise.
Please note that South Miami Toys & Collectibles will not accept returns due to manufacture defects as described below. Because of these manufacture defects, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be in pristine condition/ready for your SEALED COLLECTION.

 
Manufacture Defects: South Miami Toys & Collecitbles is not responsible for any manufacture defects to product packaging or its contents, and can include but is not limited to the following:


Dents, dings, bumps, bends, or folds on corners of packaging.

Minor rips, scuffs, or marks in shrink wrap/sealed plastic.

Any other imperfections to packaging materials.

Non-returnable items:

Pre-ordered items (sales are final)

No Shrink booster boxes (mainly Japanese TCG products)

Single cards (including graded cards)

Sale or clearance items

Digital items or codes

Open Live Packs

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Some items may be marked as unreturnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please email us at EandMSales13@gmail.com and request a return for the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable.

By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • Immediate Payment: Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item(s).
  • Estimated Release Dates: Any listed release dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. We are not responsible for delays or changes to official release schedules.
  • Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations of pre-orders once the order has been placed. Please consider this before committing to your purchase.
  • Fulfillment: Your pre-order will ship once we have received the product in stock. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it may be held until all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
  • Product Allocation: In rare cases, if we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to distributor allocation or supply issues, a full refund will be issued for the affected item(s).

Additional verification can be required on orders that are deemed high risk and/or fraud risk by Shopify, South Miami Toys & Collectibles, and EML Collectibles.

Restocking Fee

Returns, if accepted, may incur a 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges as well. If an item is purchased and not claimed after 30 days, it is considered a donation to our YouTube channel for future giveaways. Cancelation of pre-order items are also subject to a 15% restocking fee. By making any purchase, you are accepting that you have read and agree to this part of our Terms & Conditions, including our refund policy, restocking fee policy, and pre-order policy and may not dispute the transaction with the institution who you made the purchase through (bank, credit card, debit card, etc.).

We reserve the right to change our return policy without notice. 

Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping rates

Shipping is sold separately for Rip & Ship, and should be purchased based on what country purchaser wishes the item to arrive to and the quantity the purchaser has purchased. For sealed items, shipping costs are calculated by Shopify, unless you qualify for free shipping. 


Free Shipping

Free shipping is only provided to our giveaway winners and those that meet our free shipping policy for USA Sealed purchases.

In-store pickup


We do not allow in store pickup at this time.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. Tracking information will be provided if the buyer purchased a shipping option which tracking is included. Tracking numbers will allow you to check the status of your order’s location.
